Welch's Stuffed Chicken Breast
Place chicken breast in baking pan.
Add ½ cup liquid (broth, water or canned soup). Bake covered at 90 minutes at 350 degrees. If desired, uncover for the final 30 minutes of cooking time.

Welch's Stuffed Pork Chops
Place pork chops in baking pan.
Add ½ cup liquid (broth, water or canned soup). Bake covered at 90 minutes at 350 degrees. If desired, uncover for the final 30 minutes of cooking time.

Welch's Mock Chicken Legs
Bake 350 for 45 minutes to an hour covered or uncovered.

Welch's Holiday Roast
Roast Beef Tenderloin preheat oven to 450. Place tenderloin on rack in an open pan. Season. Roast in hot oven about 45 minutes.
Standing Rib Roast Preheat oven to 325. Place fat side up in roasting pan. Season. Roast to desired degree of doneness: Rare - 23 to 25 minutes per pound. Well 32 to 35 minutes per pound. [add 7 minutes per pound for boneless rib roast]. Remove from oven and let stand 15 to 20 minutes before carving.

Welch's Corned beef and Cabbage
Ingredients: 6 pounds corned beef brisket, 2 medium onions, 1 head cabbage, 6 carrots, 6 potatoes. Directions: Cover meat with water and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for about 2 ½ hours. While meat is simmering, scrub vegetables and cut into quarters. Cut cabbage into 6 wedges. Add vegetables and continue to simmer for about 1 hour or until both meat and vegetables are tender. Serves 6 - 8 people.

Welch's Ham Cooking time
Our hams are fully cooked and only require reheating at 325 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes per pound.
